Tigres founder on Forge’s cast iron defence
February 3 – Forge FC’s debut goalkeeper Dimitry Bertaud welded his goal shut to keep out a marauding Tigres UANL for a 0-0 first leg draw in Hamilton, Canada.
It was a big performance from the Canadians who were only formed in 2019 but are already in their fourth Champions Cup. They have been knocked out every time by Liga MX teams and are yet to get a win in the competition but they have now given themselves an outside chance to progress to the last 16.
