Israeli troops kill 7 Palestinian protestors on a day of heightened Gaza border protests.
The Israeli army distributed on Friday that they say shows a Palestinian trying to cut the fence at the border between the Gaza Strip and Israel.
At least 200 along the Israel-Gaza border were also wounded.
It raises the death toll to 27, according to medical officials, in the last week.
The day of violence, which saw bigger Palestinian crowds than in recent days calmed down as night descended.
The Israeli military estimated Friday's turnout to be around 20,000.
The rarely seen Hamas leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, visited the Khuzaa border protest camp, receiving a hero's welcome from his supporters.
He was surrounded by hundreds who chanted, "We are going to Jerusalem, millions of martyrs."
