What Happens When Democrats Run Your State?

The once great state of California is a shadow of what it once was, and we only have the leading party, the Democrats, to blame.

We have policies that drive out business and good-paying jobs from California and Ventura County because our politicians have driven up the cost to do business so high due to massive overregulation. Crime is rising due to letting criminals out of prison because our prisons are so crowded. There is no incentive to stay out of prison because it's an easy ride. Criminals today are given a slap on the wrist at best.

Our budget in California is again unbalanced due to "a shortfall in anticipated revenues." Really? Are our politicians so incompetent that they can't even balance a simple budget? If you overspend, you need to cut costs.

The citizens of this state do not want to be in debt now or in the future. When the state will pay for every entitlement for both legal and illegal residents and when there is no accountability for spending, i.e. the general fund and insane pet projects of the political elite such as the high-speed rail, how can you expect any other result?

The residents of this county and state want good-paying jobs, not minimum-wage jobs. How can families afford to live on minimum wage? The residents of this county and state are sick and tired of fiscal mismanagement, coddling of criminals and lack of accountability.

We need leaders who don't hold conferences to tell America how out of touch they (Jerry Brown and cronies) are and how they are going to fight the federal government in providing illegal sanctuary. We need leaders who will work together as part of this union of 50 states we have, not against it.
