I was a teen mum & have a fourth on the way at 24, trolls say I’m irresponsible but then I tell them the truth
A WOMAN who became a mum at the age of 14 has hit back at trolls who claim she is irresponsible.
Kayte Loryn, from Australia, is expecting her fourth baby at the age of 24.
But in a recent TikTok video, the mum revealed she wasn’t being irresponsible when she became a teen mum, and actually planned her second pregnancy at 16.
In the clip, she replied to a comment that wrote: “You planned the other one?”
She said: “Did I plan my pregnancy at 16?
“I did.”
In another clip, one bemused viewer wrote: “Two babies before 17? Well…”
Unfazed by the haters, she responded: “Yes, I had two babies at 17… and here comes number 4,” as she rubbed her stomach.
Kayte previously revealed that she had been pregnant for most of her teen years.
She wrote: “Ages I’ve been pregnant – 14, 15, 16, 17, 19…and hopefully again soon.”
She added: “I became a single mum of two at 17 and met the love of my life at 18.
“I planned another baby at 19 and am now planning baby number 4.”
Kayte is now pregnant with her fourth child which she announced in a video last year.
The young mum’s videos posted on her TikTok account @kayteloryn have garnered lots of attention from people online, many praised her for doing such a great job as a mum, while others slammed her for getting pregnant young.
One person wrote: “Why? You wouldn’t have been financially stable or mature enough to look after a child, that’s just inconsiderate.”
Another commented: “Ya u need help.”
“Who plans their pregnancy at 16,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Girl get a hobby and some birth control. This ain’t cute.”
“Congrats on baby #4,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Congratulations.”
