User calls this IT support pilot fish with a minor issue -- but it's enough to prompt fish to run a virus scan, just as a precaution.
"I remotely connected to his computer to start the scan," says fish. "Before I hung up the phone, I left instructions that once the scan window said 'completed' he should call me.
"A few hours later, he sent me an email: Still running after 90 minutes, 1.2M scanned, one risk found (tracking cookie) and deleted. Not seeing much action. Numbers static. Does not say 'completed'...
"And he included a screen shot of the scan window -- which said 'Completed' right at the top."
