Marvel unleashed a torrent of news at Comic-Con Saturday including the reveal of a whole bunch of new movies and series for its post-Infinity Saga Phase Four along with new characters joining the fray.

Sea turtles aren't hatched underwater. Instead, what happens is a mama turtle makes her way to a sandy beach, digs a hole, and deposits a bunch of eggs — as many as 350! — then covers them with sand and heads back to her ocean home.

The next trip to the moon isn't supposed to happen until 2024, but NASA is now ready to put living humans on the surface.

Footage of the first moon landing taken in 1969 during NASA's Apollo 11 mission was purchased at auction through Sotheby's for $1.82 million on Saturday.

Marvel Studios announced as much during their Comic-Con panel Saturday, revealing that the fourth Thor movie, now titled Thor: Love and Thunder, would reveal Thor's erstwhile girlfriend as the new God of Thunder. The film will be based on the Mighty Thor comics, written by Jason Aaron. 

Natalie Portman, who played the character in Thor, Thor: The Dark World, and Avengers: Endgame, will once again play Jane.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe take on Hawkeye isn't everyone's favorite, but Marvel looks to be tapping into a killer source for his next act.

Get ready to meet Blade, again.

In a surprise announcement, Marvel Studios confirmed that a new film based on the superhero is in the works, with Mahershala Ali in the title role. The character is a human-vampire hybrid who protects humankind by hunting vampires.

Previously, Wesley Snipes played Blade in a trilogy of movies released between 1998 and 2004, right at the dawn of the current comic-book movie boom.

Meet Marvel's next leading man. 

The studio announced at Comic-Con Saturday that Simu Liu is set to star in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings — making him the first solo Asian lead of a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie.

Also starring in Shang-Chi will be Tony Leung as the Mandarin — the real one. (A false version of the character was portrayed by Ben Kingsley in Iron Man 3.) In addition, Awkwafina has been cast in an undisclosed role.
