Halves competition - good or bad?
I know people always say competition for spots is a good thing, and depth is obviously a good thing, but there’s already been a lot of chat about who will be our halves pairing in 2024, and conjecture from the likes of Matthew Johns that players will end up leaving the club.
After Hastings and Gamble combined to produce the most tries for any club in the NRL last year, and the Knights best season in decades, I’m beginning to find all the speculation quite destabilising.
