Law on Constitutional Court - ruling team prepares amendments
The ruling team is preparing amendments to Constitutional Court Act According to the proposal, whichwas registered in the Parliament by Eka Beselia and Gedevan Popokhadze, the period for appointing new judges to the Constitutional Court should be prolonged to 3 months. The issue has been scheduled for discussion in the Legal Affairs Committee.
The members of the minority rule out the discussion of the new initiative. National Movement believes that the new parliament will have to discuss the initiative.
