China pushes for another J&K discussion at UNSC

Beijing is pushing for yet another discussion on Jammu & Kashmir in the UN Security Council on Tuesday. Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi will be in India to hold boundary talks with NSA Ajit Doval this week. The discussion is intended to be held under a provision that does not require voting, but involves flagging the issue.

Sky-kissing Ayodhya temple in 4 months: Shah

The SC on Monday said incessant queries under the RTI Act had spooked officials into becoming reluctant to put views on file, which had a paralysing effect on the administration, and sought suggestions on whether RTI pleas to public authorities be filed only by those having a connect with the issue.
