Our process is based on the integral improvement of the player/person by giving them autonomy, prioritising the observation of their natural behaviours in the different contexts that appear/create in the tasks.

How?through guided discovery, allowing the player to be the protagonist of their learning through questions and interactions with the coach and teammates.off the field we teach the player values such as companionship, the culture of effort, responsibility and courage.

We identify these human values as pillars of our way of being and thus show them to ourselves and our opponents.

Integrated into the player’s day-to-day life

The methodology followed at SIA Academy is integrated into the player thanks to the guides, protocols and contents created by our professionals. The priority of our sessions is to show significant behaviours that will be present in the match, during all the tasks: all the concepts of the game appear simultaneously in order to know how they relate to each other.

We have a continuous weekly training to our players through our highly trained technicians and a video analysis department where, in addition to being able to reflect on their margins of improvement, players learn to handle tools that may be useful to them in the future.

This methodology increases our players’ expectations of success as they receive constructive feedback that allows them to reflect on the different situations they experience.at SIA Academy we adapt and perceive the difficulty of the tasks and adapt them to their level so that the player feels capable.

we prioritise in reference to the objectives we have in our planning, regarding each stage, giving value to our identity traits that characterise us.the player learns from the practice of the game and from our approach, we give space to the player’s error. It is important that they have a lot of practice time, controlling the structural and logistical elements that encourage it during the training sessions.

Differences in our methodology compared to other academies

We supervise the state of our players on a daily basis, providing them with individualised training to optimise their qualities, not only focusing on their technical-tactical improvements but also monitoring their physical preparation, controlling their rest periods, measuring their performance and controlling their diet with our nutrition department.

We also have our psychology department where, through dynamics and workshops, they optimise their emotional side and generate bonds with their teammates that make them connect with their best version of themselves.

The daily work with the tutors of the residence is also essential in our day to day work as our process goes down to the smallest detail, as we consider that all structures are equally important for the development of our players/persons.

All our coaches, trainers and staff are highly qualified and have a great deal of national and international experience, which makes the difference in the process in terms of quality, as they are all Spanish nationals and have been trained in the country of reference, which is ours, in terms of the beautiful game.

What does a player need to be a professional from a methodology approach?

Becoming a professional in the world of football requires a lot of sacrifice, effort and renunciation, and commitment is one of the fundamental factors. Always arrive early to each of the weekly sessions, make an effort in each of them, even on the days when we are less successful, as this will bring us an incalculable long-term benefit.

Always give 100% regardless of the weather, the day, the opponent and my state of mind. Make mistakes and learn from them, be constant and persistent. To ask questions, to doubt and to participate in the process in which I am a protagonist.

Respecting the coaches and all the staff, making the most of my time to train and learn from everything and everyone. To be conscious and consistent with nutrition and rest, which are fundamental factors for performance. Prepare all the necessary equipment before each training session, take care of it and pick it up after training, analyse each match I play and see where I can improve.

Watch matches of the best players to see how you can be like them and finish the day worried if we haven’t given our best to improve. Show a willingness to learn about everything that surrounds football and do things convinced that your efforts on and off the pitch will make you the best you can be.

Services within the methodology department

In addition to the daily and weekly monitoring of loads, performance and the acquisition of our identity traits, the players and their families receive a quarterly detailed report of all the progress they are making, which includes all the sections mentioned above, as well as a personalised video of their moments both in sessions and in matches.
