• Two women have filed class action lawsuits against Ulta Beauty, alleging that the stores sell used makeup.
• The accusations stemmed from a tweet shared in January by a woman who said she was a former Ulta employee. Her tweet led other people to come forward with similar stories.

SALLISAW (KFSM) —  A reported opioid dealer is heading to federal prison. Kevin Wayne Sanders Jr., 29, of Sallisaw has been sentenced for distributing oxycodone. He has been sentenced 65 months in federal prison. He will be on probation for six years after he is released, according to Brian Kuester, U.S. district attorney for District 27. GONZALES, La. (AP) — A former Louisiana sheriff's detective has admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old girl in a plea deal that will send him to prison for a year. The Advocate reports 33-year-old William Lanoux of Prairieville pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and prosecutors agreed to drop a malfeasance in office count.
