A foodie has revealed how you can create a Nando’s chicken and halloumi fakeaway in your air fryer, and it’s super speedy.
Food lover Bored Of Lunch uploaded his simple and easy method to Instagram, and it has racked up over 49,000 likes.
Nathan shared: “I could quite happily eat Nando’s every single day so here is a quick air fryer fakeaway version that is a Chicken & Halloumi Roll.
“Simply flatten your chicken breast and coat in your Nando’s sauce.
“Air fryer your chicken for 10 minutes, the halloumi for three, and the bread for two and all you have to do is assemble.”
He advised you can add lettuce and sweet mayo to the finished result, and called his recipe “banging.”
The best part is the dish is only is 578 calories.
Nathan added: “Such a quick and easy one but really hits the spot.
“I’m always waiting for a table at Nando’s for at least 45 mins, Deliveroo is even worse maybe it’s just Belfast.
“If cooking for two you’ll need to cram or cook twice.
“Enjoy.”
Many people seemed highly impressed at his recipe and said they were keen to have their own cheeky Nando’s at home.

NATHAN'S NANDO'S AIR FRYER RECIPE
RECIPE
– Coat 2 flattened chicken breasts in 3 tbsp of your favourite Nando’s sauce
– Coat 4-5 halloumi slices in 1 tbsp of the sauce
– Add garlic butter to your ciabatta rolls
METHOD
1. Add chicken to the airfryer for 10 mins at 200
2. After 10 mins add the halloumi for 3 mins
3. After a total of 13 mins so 10 for the chicken and 3 for halloumi add your bread roll for 2 minutes and everything’s ready together
4. Top the ciabatta roll with lettuce, sweet mayo, your chicken and halloumi
