ArmInfo.Artsakh ombudsman Ruben Melikyan visited Azerbaijani diresionist Elnur  Husseinzade, which is arrested due to the fact of diversion attempt and illegal  cross of NKR border. As ArmInfo was informed at the press office of  NKR Ombudsman, during the visit Melikyan ensured that Husseinzade is  rendered a public lawyer and Azerbaijani  interpreter,  and within  their participation a number of procedural arrangements are already  in progress. ArmInfo.During February 3-4 night a tension increase was fixed at the contact line of Azerbaijani-Karabakh  military forces contact line.  According to the information of  Karabakh Army press office,  Azerbaijani forces violated the cease fire over 50 times, making  around 250 shots from  60 and 82 mm   mortars , as well as from RPG  and other weapons toward Karabakh positions.  Karabakh Defense Army  keeps on with duties confidently, undertaking response actions only  in the cases of extreme necessity.
