On March 28, at 13:00, a serviceman Artak Rafaelyan, born in 1997, was fatally wounded in a guarded area of one of the eastern military units of the NKR Defense  Army from the enemy's bullet. As the NKR Defense Ministry reports, an investigation is being  conducted to find out the circumstances of the incident.

Director of Strategic Development of Ardshinbank Armen Gasparyan told ArmInfo,  explaining that according to AMD loans rates are set at 16% per  annum, on USD loans - from 9% and from EUR ones - from 7%.
