АрмИнфо. Фонд развития и поддержки русско- армянских гуманитарных инициатив "Наследие и Прогресс" 4 и 5 января в городах Масис и Арташат проводит новогодние мероприятия для 1600 арцахских детей в возрасте от 3-10 лет ставших беженцами в результате вражеских действий в сентябре 2023 года.  Напомним, что тогда все население Арцаха, в том числе и свыше 30 тысяч детей вынуждены были покинуть свои дома под угрозой физической расправы.
