Beeline implements online queue system
ArmInfo.Beeline announces the launch of online queue pilot project implementation in the offices of the company.
As the company's press service told ArmInfo, the project is launched
in Yerevan offices of Beeline by Komitas street 26 and Abovyan 21, as
well as in Gyumri in the company office by Gorki street 65.
According to the source, through the mobile app Earlyone, the
company's subscribers may choose a comfortable time in advance,
register and then receive the whole range of services in Beeline
offices without a queue.
"It is easy and comfortable to be a Beeline subscriber, we do our
best so that the it was comfortable for the subscriber up to private
time managing. The Earlyone mobile app will help to do that as it
allows to choose the suitable time for visit in advance, it helps to
avoid queues and once again feel Beeline cares for its clients",
noted the Beeline Director General in Armenia Andrey Pratakhin.
To register in online queue system the subscriber should download
the Earlyone app, push the Beeline icon in the app's menu, and then
choose the nearest office of the company, a suitable time and date.
After the registration, a digital bill with a number will be provided
to the client, which he should enter on digital queue terminal in the
office and push the "Registered online" button. After the digital
bill is entered the terminal will provide the prior bill of the
digital queue.
