"Tsarukyan" bloc to present its program in Tavush region
ArmInfo. "Tsarukyan" bloc
launches its campaign starting from Tavush region.
During the meetings in Tavush the bloc will present its election
program from the 15 guidelines. The document, in particular, provides
alignment of the average pension to the minimum consumer basket, as
well as the increase of pensions by 25 thousand drams to periodic
indexation. Bloc "Tsarukyan" in case of victory in the elections also
intends to increase the minimum wage to 80 thousand drams (currently
it is 50 thousand). The bloc promises to liberate small and medium
businesses from taxes for three years. The political force is going
in case of victory to announce a tax amnesty for those business
entities who owe the state up to 60 million drams. Bloc "Tsarukyan"
intends to pay special attention to agriculture, reducing the lending
rates to finance the scope by 3-5%, as well as providing the state
benefits processing enterprises. The bloc also intends to implement
radical reforms in the work of the traffic police, abolishing the fee
for parking, as well as dismantling speedometers. Tsarukyan and his
team will also refuse from the funded pension reform.
The political force intends to hold fundamental reforms in the areas
of health, social welfare, education, mining industry. It is
noteworthy that "Tsarukyan" besides promises represents no specific
mechanisms for the construction in Armenia the "social paradise".
