Pigging out on junk food rewires animal's brains to eat more, finds U of C study
A recent study, using mice, out of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute (HBI) at the University of Calgary has discovered that a high-fat, sweetened diet can rapidly rewire the reward circuits in the brain.
