Anyone got the inside track on his style? It's fascinating how he's got players like Dufty playing again. What's his style? Is he an enforcer? Disciplinarian? Arm round the Shoulder? Does he lean on his coaching staff?

Genuinely interested. One suspects it's a combination of all but for such a young coach to turn a squad around is admirable. We may not win a thing this year and at times it's not champagne rugby, but the steel has been put in us like an RSJ in a building extension.

He had another brilliant game today.. especially defensively. He is a fantastic young player.. and it will be a blow to lose him... But he IS replaceable.

also, you cant blame a young player for turning down an NRL deal.

I still think developing ovenden park could be an answer. the rent at the shay is just too high with no bar income . The dining package is just becoming a joke . it might be a case of start again on a low stadium and build to needs . We have ended up in a place that just doesnt give a business chance to thrive . You cant exist without income from your own bar .

Looking like we will need 2 x centres, Halsall looks promising to me but is being played on the wing at the moment when I believe he is a centre. So we need at least one more - hoping that Bibby is not his solution! Do we have any backs coming out of the academy? Despite its good reputation backs seem to be a rarity.
