Iran Subjects Women to 'Draconian' Hijab Surveillance, Rights Group Says
Paris — Iranian authorities are subjecting women to widespread surveillance to enforce the obligatory headscarf, even inside cars, and then imposing punishments including the confiscation of vehicles, Amnesty International said on Wednesday.
