Tehran, Iran — Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, on a visit to Iran on Tuesday, said Israel is experiencing "unprecedented political isolation," a day after the U.N. COLUMBIA, MISSOURI — U.S. President Joe Biden has won Missouri's primary, the state Democratic Party announced.  Biden's win was not in doubt; he has already beaten his major competitors. CARACAS, Venezuela — The main Venezuelan opposition coalition said early Tuesday that electoral authorities didn't let it register its presidential candidate as the deadline ended, in what it called the latest violation to the citizens' right to vote for change in the South American country.  The candidate, Corina Yoris, could not be registered by midnight Monday, which was the time limit for registering for the election, set for July 28, said Omar Barboza, representative of the U.S.-backed Unitary Platform coalition. NAIROBI, Kenya — An explosion at a small hotel located near a police station in northeastern Kenya killed four people, including three officers, and wounded several others on Monday, authorities said.
