Viva Cell-MTS has modernized contact centers for customer support
ArmInfo.Viva Cell-MTS modernized contact centers for customer support (hotline 111 service) and implemented innovative technological solutions, which resulted in creating more comfortable conditions for effective work of employees.
As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, as part of the modernization, contact center halls are equipped with common, individual and self-controlled LED lighting systems, a new ventilation system is installed and innovative soundproofing is provided. Given the busy schedule of work, the expert created the conditions for recreation. At the same time, the company provided employees with special requirements with the necessary conditions for movement in the halls of contact centers.
According to the source, from January to May 2017, the company's contact center for customer support received 1,573,961 calls, 5,521 e-mails, 502 written appeals, and 5,871 written appeals online surveys.
