ArmInfo. The NKR Defense Army has always been in Artsakh for a simple reason, it must protect the peace of its own country. On July 19, RA Deputy Speaker Eduard  Sharmazanov told reporters in the National Assembly of Armenia,  referring to today's statement of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut  Cavusoglu on the need to withdraw Armenian troops from Artsakh. ArmInfo.The capital administration increased the amount of payment for parking via SMS. The Mayor's Office informed the citizens on July 19. In the widespread statement the mayor's  reminds, that on July 7th of  this year Parking City Service JSC issued an application to change  the amount of payment for parking via SMS, which led to contradictory  comments.
