Как сообщили АрмИнфо в пресс-службе офиса Омбудсмена, это удалось сделать после сбора фактов, осуществленных Омбудсменом Армении Арманом Татояном и сотрудниками возглавляемого им офиса в приграничных селах Баганис, Воскеван, Воскепар и Коти  Тавушской области Армении.
