ArmInfo.Blog writer Alexander Lapshin's case should be addressed only within the legal framework, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov told APA.   "In accordance with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan,  a criminal case has been initiated against Lapshin, who illegally  crossed the state border of Azerbaijan and demonstrated disrespect to  the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. Investigative Committee of Armenia has initiated a criminal case related to injury of serviceman Gurgen Sargsyan (born in 1997), the press-service of  the Investigative Committee informs.  The criminal case was initiated under the article of breaching rules  of using weapons, which led to causing harm to health. According to  preliminary data, Sargsyan was injured in his head by his  comrade-in-arms on one of military positions while carrying out their  duty on January 16 at 11:55pm local time. ArmInfo.The conflict over Karabakh is no longer anything abstract or domestic affair of Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a conference in Moscow on January 17, when asked whether Russia will keep aloof or interfere  in case of an Azeri counter operation in Karabakh.        The Russian minister recalled that that there are several tools for  the Karabakh conflict settlement, first of all, the decisions taken  at the UN Security Council in the full swing of the conflict and  demanded ceasefire.
