ArmInfo. There is an unacceptably high level of suits for arrest in Armenia as a  preventive measure. The Ombudsman of Armenia stated this on April 13  during a press conference in Yerevan.   He noted that recently a decrease of suits for arrest is registered,  however, 90% of such is satisfied.
