ArmInfo. As of 18:00 hours on May 15, the Armenian Police received 109 reports of violations during the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan. As the press service of the Armenian Police told ArmInfo, 8 signals were received from citizens, 25 police officers, 46 from the media, 7 from observers, 2 from representatives of the election commission, 15 from proxies and blocs, 6 from others sources. According to Armenian IC press-service, thanks to undertaken  investigative steps the circumstances of Mesropyan's death were  fetched out. ArmInfo. Armenian President  Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on summer conscription and  demobilization in 2017. According to Armenian President's press service, according to the  decree, in May-July 2017 a conscription on obligatory military and  alternative service of male nationals will be conducted, who are 18  until July 30 2017 inclusive, as well as of those citizens whose  determent right from conscription finishes on July 30 inclusively.  The President also arranged the conduction of alternative working  service. ArmInfo. On the night of May 14  to 15 adversary violated ceasefire regime at Karabakh-Azerbaijani  contact line more than 60 times.  According to NKR DA press-service, for the pointed period the  adversary shot for more than 1000 times in Karabakh positions  direction from small weapons of various calibers.  NKR DA contact detachments totally control the situation at the front  line and continue to lead combat duty confidently.

ArmInfo. Armenian CEC submitted  preliminary data of voting results during Yerevan elections.  Based on the results of ballot papers' processing in 474 polling  stations during Yerevan City Council elections RPA received 240 036  or 71.25% votes from the voters. Yelq got 70 731 or 21% votes. Yerkir  Tsirani party 26 109 or 7.75% votes. 40.99% of voters participated  Yerevan City Council elections conducted on May 14. From 842 151  citizens having right to vote, voted only 345 158 nationals.

ArmInfo. At one of combat positions  of N military base Sergeant Arshak Arshakyan,  a military serviceman,  is found dead  with a gunshot injury.  According to the information shared with ArmInfo at the Investigations Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Arshakyan's body was found approximately at 15:15. IC conducts an appropriate investigation to discover all the circumstances of Arshakyan's death.
