Plitvice Lower Lakes (Donja Jezera), Plitvice Lakes N.P.
The Plitvice Lakes National Park, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List under number 98, is naturally divided into two parts: the Upper Lakes and the Lower Lakes. Each part can be accessed using different entrances. Between these zones is the largest lake in the Kozyak park. To visit both parts of the park in one day, it is worth using a small boat on the lake. The group of Plitvice’s Lower Lakes consist of four lakes, divided by limestone (tufa) barriers.
